Attorney Robert Lubin has built a Washington, D.C., legal practice focused on immigration for companies, employees, and health care professionals. Through Aii Law PC, Robert Lubin has handled business, physician, and labor immigration matters as the firm expanded beyond its initial practice in business law.

Mr. Lubin’s early legal roles included associate positions in Phoenix, where he worked on business law, contracts, and retirement plans. In 1987, he worked in Washington, D.C., as a tax attorney at Grossman and Flask. Earlier in his career, he also spoke on taxation topics.

At Aii Law, Mr. Lubin used National Interest Waivers in physician immigration matters involving clinicians working in medically underserved communities. The firm’s work developed from assisting Canadian businesses entering the United States to serving clients through a range of immigration pathways.

Mr. Lubin earned a master of laws in taxation from the University of Miami. He also earned a juris doctor from the same university, as well as a bachelor of commerce in finance, with honors, from McGill University. His business ventures have included the Waymark Hotel, Magnolia Bluffs Casino, Chocolate Factory Lofts, and Centennial Plaza.
